Consultation Fee ($30) ( May apply to some first-time new clients, and applied to returning clients for Herbs Formulas Prescription or Consultation)

- Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment unless emergencies. Missed appointments without proper notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled appointment.
- Lateness Policy: If you are running late for an appointment, please call our office to let us know. Treatment fee is not affected by shortened treatments that result from lateness.
* We do not bill insurance companies for you, and payment is due at the time of service. If you have health insurance that pays for acupuncture, we can provide a “superbill” that provides all the information you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
